Fees for psychological services at Dandelion are determined by the average rate in the Denver Metro area and each clinician's level of training and years of experience. A full time clinician typically serves 20 clients per week. The
hourly rate includes the time the therapist spends on the phone with clients or collaterals, session preparation, record keeping, and billing.
Dr. Peters' private pay rate for therapy, testing, and consultation is $150.00 per hour. The rate for expert testimony and court related services is $200 per hour. Student therapists provide therapy and testing services for $80 per hour. Fees can be negotiated for clients in need.
Psychological evaluation fees vary depending on the nature of the assessment question, the number of batteries administered, and the number of hours spent with the client as well as scoring measures and writing the evaluation report. Generally, fees for testing range from $500 to $2500. We do not bill insurance for testing services. We require a $500 deposit upon presentation for testing.
Credit cards, cash, and checks are acceptable methods of payment. Payment is expected at the time of service.
